Instructions

  1. Melt 250g chocolate with 80g butter in the microwave.

  2. Whip 2 eggs with 100g sugar.

  3. Mix melted chocolate into eggs.

  4. Add 250g flour, 40g cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

  5. Form dough into large marble-sized balls.

  6. Roll balls in a mix of ½ cup white sugar and 150g powdered sugar.

  7. Place on a baking tray, bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.
