3D Marshmallow Bunny Cookies

Ingredients

• 230g all-purpose flour
• 100g powdered sugar
• 2 sticks cold butter (about 227g)
• 40g ground almonds
• 1 tsp vanilla paste
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 50g cornstarch
• Pinch of salt
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
• 1 tbsp cacao powder (for chocolate dough)
• Ube extract or liquid (optional)
• White chocolate (for coating mold)
• Pink and white marshmallows

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms.

2. Divide into 3: plain, cacao, and ube. Freeze for 15 min.

3. Preheat oven to 370°F (190°C).

4. Press dough into bunny-shaped silicone molds. Bake for 12–15 min. Cool.

5. Melt white chocolate and brush it into the molds.

6. Place cookies back into molds with a marshmallow in the middle.

7. Chill to set OR bake again for 2–3 minutes for melty bunny s’mores!
